So this is how the training schedule looks for this week for Alex @lexplex_ and I:
- Monday: Rest
- Tuesday: 5 mile warm up then 3 miles brisk pace (timed)
- Wednesday: 5 miles steady
- Thursday: 5 mile warm up the 8 x 90 secs fast, 90 secs slow
- Friday: Rest
- Saturday: 5 mile park run
- Sunday: 11 miles slow
Busy, busy week, lots of training, but nice to mix it up with some interval work. Will post later with a Tuesday workout update.
