Training Plan

So this is how the training schedule looks for this week for Alex @lexplex_ and I:

  • Monday: Rest
  • Tuesday: 5 mile warm up then 3 miles brisk pace (timed)
  • Wednesday: 5 miles steady
  • Thursday: 5 mile warm up the 8 x 90 secs fast, 90 secs slow
  • Friday: Rest
  • Saturday: 5 mile park run
  • Sunday: 11 miles slow

Busy, busy week, lots of training, but nice to mix it up with some interval work. Will post later with a Tuesday workout update.
